A Toccoa man is arrested and charged with forging more than $30,000 worth of checks across four states.
Authorities say, 39-year-old Kenneth Eugene Swain, printed out checks with a check writing program before forging them.

Toccoa PD Gets New Tint Meters And Alco-Sensors
The Toccoa Police Department has a few more tools to help get drunk drivers off the road.
Through its partnership with the Governor’s Office of Highway Safety, Toccoa police have $2400 worth of new Alco-sensors and tint meters.
